Cell Phone Etiquette

[This is more than cell phone etiquette; it includes my pet peeves.]

Do not use your cell phone when making a purchase.
Do not use your cell phone when selling something.
Do not use your cell phone when in a restaurant.

Do not speak loudly on a cell phone in a public place.
Do not use your cell phone when sitting on the pot.
[For men only] Do not use your cell phone while using a urinal.

  1. And don’t tell someone on the other end of the cell phone that you’re in place “A” when in fact you’re in a completely different location. I’ve wanted so many times to interrupt a a cellphone conversation by saying something that makes it clear that what the caller just said was incorrect. Like when I’m walking down the street and someone tells their phone listener that they are in a car driving somewhere. . .
